HOW TO BUY

We sell our wines directly from the Chateau, Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings you will find us at the local farmers market in Nerac. If you cannot visit during our opening hours below, please contact us and we will fix an appointment for your visit.

If you are not able to visit and would like to place an order please send us an email using the enquiry form. Please tell us the wines you would like to buy and the delivery address so that we can calculate the transport cost.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When the buyer confirms his order to SCEA Château de Lisse he is accepting these terms and conditions in their entirety.

ORDERING
Please check your order carefully, if SCEA Château de Lisse recovers wines following the delivery to the wrong address resulting from a false indication of its coordinates by the buyer, the cost of re-routing the order will be at the buyers expense.

In case of reimbursement, the cost of return of the goods to SCEA Château de Lisse will be deducted from the buyers order. In case of diversion of the goods, the costs of the expedition are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders are not final until they have been confirmed by the full payment by the purchaser.

If the product is unavailable the client will be informed and may request a replacement product or a refund. Offers by SCEA Château de Lisse are only directed at private customers and in no case for professional dealers.

DELIVERY AND RECEPTION.
The SCEA Château de Lisse is committed to make every effort to deliver the ordered products in the fastest time. Except in severe cases, ie. war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and impossibility of being supplied, SCEA Château de Lisse agrees to make deliveries within fifteen days from the day following the payment by the customer. In the event that this deadline is not respected, the customer may request a refund of the order. The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient.

The delivery is made by delivering the product directly to the addressee, or in his absence, by notice of availability.

Always check your package upon arrival. You then have a period of 48 hours to formalize your claim by registered letter to the carrier and to SCEA Chateau de Lisse by email in case of a missing or damaged item.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under the Consumer Code (Article L-121-20), the buyer has a period of 7 days from the receipt of his order to return the product to SCEA Château de Lisse for exchange or refund, without penalty, except for shipping and return.

PRICE
The price is expressed in Euros.

The price on the order confirmation by the SCEA Château de Lisse includes, the product price, transportation and the French VAT at 20%, it does not include duty in your country if outside France.

SCEA Château de Lisse reserves the right to change prices at any time. The ordered products are invoiced at prices prevailing during the recording of the order.

PAYMENT
Payment of products must be made by PAY PAL, bank transfer or by Euro cheque. An invoice will be established by the SCEA Château de Lisse and sent to the customer's email address to confirm the order. The wines remain the property of the SCEA Château de Lisse until full payment has been received.

LITIGATION
In case of dispute, the customer first contact the SCEA Château de Lisse by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt showing the difficulty. Upon receipt of this letter, the company and the customer will strive for an amicable solution is found. If within 1 month after receipt of the above letter, no amicable solution is found, the customer can enter the appropriate court.

LEGAL INFORMATION
In accordance with Article L. 3342-1 of the Public Health which states that the sale of alcohol to minors under eighteen (18) years is prohibited, the buyer agrees by filling out the order to be eighteen (18) years of age on the date of order.

Alcohol abuse: Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health. Know then consume and enjoy in moderation.

Pregnant women should be aware of the health risks of alcohol consumption.
